Office Staff (Sales Coordinator/Customer Support)
Work Schedule (M-Sat 9 AM-6 PM) | Location: Manila
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and recommend new products
- Consistently meet customers’ product and delivery requirements
- Liaise with production staff for inventory and quality control
- Enter data into computer systems using SAP, among others
- Compile data and prepare reports
Qualifications:
- Female, Not more than 30 years old
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Accounting
- Can speak English fluently
- Must be organized, hardworking and have good computational/analytical skills
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- At least 2 years of work experience (Preferably)
